Awesome headpiece.Been referring my friends to get this one or the 975.Takes a minute and a few tries to permanently sync with phone.Super comfortable and light, I forgot I had it in once.Great deal.

Best bluetooth I've found yet. It moves a bit, but sound quality is better than a lot of the cheaper ones i've tried.

I like the amount of talk time it has before needing a recharge. Occasionally, it has a little trouble recognizing voice commands, but I am a safer driver because of this device. It's easy to use too.

The product is fancy looking, sounds great in quiet areas, doesn't work good outside when windy or noisy, after a while the battery runs out; even with out use. I do not recommend for business people, or all day talkers, unless you have a car charger, and for the high price we paid. The charger should be included.

A few things I discovered after using this item:1) it is very tiny. There were no pictures to show how large this item is (for example, hands holding the device). So i thought it would be bigger2) doesn't work well with winter hats - the earpiece is not conducive to this (it starts to hurt my ear due to pressure it places on the inside part of my ear.3) although it lets you recall linking to 2 devices, i found it tricky to "forget" about the 2 devices and add/switch to another (3rd) device.4) there are 2 buttons on this device, and they are not so easy to use5) they switched to "mini" USB connectors, so there is no compatibility with my older "micro" usb cables6) hard to wear for a long time (1 hour plus), as my ear starts to hurtHowever, I have found that the sound quality is good - both listening and speaking.
